나는 오랜 시간동안 유럽 및 아시아의 다양한 도시에서
발생하는 소음들을 수집하였다.
우리에게 익숙하면서도 낯선 아홉 개 도시의 소리를 혼합하고 재구성하였다.
이 작업을 통해서 새로운 하나의 (가상)도시를 경험하도록 하였다.

여러 도시의 사운드를 수집하고 난 결과물들을 개인이 선택한 편안한
각각의 소파에 앉아 도시의 소리를 다양하게 체험할 수 있도록 유도하였다.
헤드폰을 통해 소리에 집중하도록 유도하였고, 도시의 소리는 그 안에서 다시 공감각적으로
변화되어 도시를 보다 가까이체험할 수 있도록 하였다.
사운드를 통해 마치 그 장소에 간 듯한 착각을 불러일으키게 한다.

여러 도시를 돌아다니며 수집한 소리들은 또 다른
낯선 장소인 숲속에서 들려지게 된다.
낙엽과 나뭇가지에 숨겨진 스피커를 사람들은 발견하지 못하도록 유도하며,
이질적인 장소를 숲속 안으로 가지고 오는 작업을 보여 주고 있다.
